Pretty good product for the price. I have the 50 micron pre sediment filter before the main 2 stage filter with carbon and the iron filter. What is best about the product is the customer service. I gave it a 4 star rating because although it’s a good product I wish there was a small change done to this unit.The main housing cracked on the outlet side causing a small leak I believe it was my fault (overtorqued). I wish they added a steel or Atleast brass insert. Luckily I had a bypass line so I would not lose water to the house. I called up Ispring and got in contact with "Sean”. I told him the issue he suggested his solution to prevent this from happening again. Ispring sent me a new unit and overnighted it free of charge. I wrapped the fittings with tape about 8-9 and finished off with a dab of thread sealant. Also used a small pair of Chanel locks so I wouldn’t over torque the fittings. Overall nothing to major but glad Sean hooked me up.
