They seem to have been hacked! A couple of weeks ago I received an email from Kashmir car rental stating that my booking was cancelled and asking me if I would prefer a refund or rebooking. My original booking had already been confirmed via telephone so I assumed that the email must have been a mistake. So I replied to the email saying that I would be happy with a full refund. After a few hours I received another email stating that my booking had been cancelled because "The number of cars required for your booking could not be arranged". I then rang their customer service number, the guy who answered the phone said he was "not authorized to give refunds" so I asked him if he was sure that his company did offer refunds. He replied yes. I told him that I wanted a full refund. Again he said he was not authorized to give refunds. I then asked him if he knew why the previous booking had been cancelled, he said he didn't know, and hung up.
