excellent mouthwash for braces. I used it on the recommendation of my orthodontist and it's definitely my favorite mouthwash. I haven't had any cavities or concerns about white spots since using it. The foaming can feel a bit odd and leave your mouth a bit dry, especially if you use it before bed. However, the benefits definitely outweigh any of these minor inconveniences. Multipacks are a lot cheaper than buying them at the store (if you can find them at your local store). In general I am very satisfied.
