Required to save space behind my equipment and for better cable management. Random drops in signal started with turning off the audio and/or video. I ended up replacing it with another cable and hooking up that jumper to the HDMI tester with a known good cable and here it is. In the first picture the jumper is attached to a known good cable and you can see the missing connections. On the second picture this is obviously a good quality cable for posterity. Ground wires for 2.5, 8, 11, 17 are not used = CHEAP.
