Bluwee Extension 90 Degree Female Extender Review

This is very handy as I wanted to install a Roku joystick for the 2nd row passenger screens in my van. The length is perfect for mounting a flash drive next to the HDMI input itself. The Roku flash drive is powered by the USB ports. Once the installation is complete I will update this review with pictures of the van.

I bought a 90 degree HDMI extender so the ROKU joystick lays flat on my wall mounted TV. My ROKU flash drive works fine without this extension cable. When I use an extension cord, the ROKU flash drive cannot connect to the internet, rendering the extension cord unusable and/or defective. I have requested an exchange through Revain and will update once I receive a replacement.

I have a TV in my RV with very little space between the TV and the wall. I wanted access to an HDMI port so I could connect my DVD player or laptop to my TV. The HDMI port on the back of the TV comes straight from the back. So I used this to make the port at a 90 degree angle so I can easily access the port with limited space. It worked great.

These are pretty basic extension cables. The HDMI ports on my TV are hard to reach, so it's easier to get to. This is especially useful for my Chromecast and Fire Stick. My only (minor) gripe was that they were upside down compared to what I was expecting (meaning they were sticking out of my TV when I thought they were going to fall). I wish I had paid more attention to the picture. Other than that, they still work great, and it wasn't such a big deal anyway.

I ended up replacing it with another cable and hooking up that jumper to the HDMI tester with a known good cable and here it is. Purchased due to the odd position and orientation of the LG HDMI output connectors with scissor wall mount. I also bought an HDMI combo pack with 90 and 270 degree connectors. I wanted to stay near the back of the TV and route the cord along the moving scissor extension and then along the wall. Product does what I want, but I don't think it's what I want. I have a Roku streaming stick that plugs into my TV's HDMI port. The Roku continues to overheat, causing a horrible squeak at random times. Facility I needed it for. I originally bought this to add a Firestick to a shop TV that will be wall mounted and doesn't have a streaming port layout. (The HDMI ports are absurdly close together, rotated vertically and recessed into the back of the TV cabinet. I don't know either.)
