All I really wanted was a ball while I was pregnant to bounce on, and to be honest to just try and sit better while at my desk all day (especially during these past few cover months). This came with the ball, some stretch bands, socks for pregnancy which I totally ended up using, and a peri bottle. I didn't think I would need it, but it was so nice having an extra one outside of the hospital that I could keep downstairs, and it came with an angled sprayer which was nice! Really enjoyed the package even though I didn't know I needed it all!
