I hope you don't need any help...

The fan itself works fine. It's quiet, attractive and efficient. That it's not of high quality, nor is their customer service. The remote stopped for a year, after the first automatic response that my query was received, no response from customer service in Mink...that was 3 or 4 months ago. I can control the fan from my iPhone using the Bond app, but for the money this fan costs I will never spend it on a Minka Aire product again. Again, they don't seem to care.
