We tested the planetary mixer, model number KT-3018, as soon as we received it. I liked that you can beat one egg with the least amount of space between the whisk and the bowl. Nozzles appear to be quite reliable and sturdy. When making cheesecakes, my cottage cheese always shatters, thus having a top with a product hole is quite helpful. It's rather noisy at 7-8 RPM, but I didn't anticipate silent operating. He beats fast, especially at these rates.
