Received the chairs in good condition. But they are easy to assemble.
Armchair received in good condition. They are easy to assemble despite the lack of written instructions, but the diagram in pictures was quite basic. You have to sit on it to lower it when you pump it up all the way. I gave four stars because I thought the paneling was metal and plastic. They seem strong enough, I use them in my kitchen.
