Everyone who shops on Revain knows that there is a huge problem not with technical counterfeiting, but with unworthy, cheap and cheap alternatives and elements, sometimes referred to as OEM, it but are not . Based on the reviews for this particular product I was hesitant to buy it due to some 1 ratings and I have tried cheaper shaving heads in the past which were clearly inferior. My Phillips Norelco electric razor is a few years old and originally had HQ8 blades which, if you can still find them, sell for $80. This is the first time I've ordered the SH50/52. What I bought in this price range in this case was a relatively more expensive replacement blade from the Phillips store. This item appears to be genuine, although I understand the packaging may be replicated to disguise counterfeiting. However, these blades are similar to the ones I replace, they are sharp and cut well. You don't have to try to hold the razor against your face to cut them. The only remaining question is how well they hold up over time.
