Doesn't pierce a single sheet of paper :(

I bought them to use in my classes. I thought they were high quality from Fiskars. Hit 10-15 times a week. Excellent at never completely punched for the first time, I would have to punch a few times to get a star. The heart beats hopping depending on the paper. I am very disappointed with the quality.
