I used this with an old Bose Aviation Series II headset and Flight Sound USB sound card for flight sims and gaming and it works fine. The microphone works, the channels do not change. Didn't need a mic muff but it seems to be of decent quality. The cable seems pretty solid and the LEMO snaps in nicely. It should be noted that there is no provision for panel power, so do not use it with LEMO headsets that require panel power if you require ANR.
