I rarely review products because most meet but not exceed my expectations, but in this case I had to comment. This raincoat is perfect for my two and a half year old to run - even on a hot day - at Renn Fair and Dinosaur Train events where I want some sort of costume but not something fully on it. It was also a HUGE hit when I put my 7 month old son in a carrier and dressed him so that he covered the carrier and was hanging down. I could pull the hood up if I couldn't find any shade, and it even protected my chest quite well.
