Review on Honey Can Do TBL 03540 Portable Laptop Handle by Nick Granner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ideal for working on the couch and for people with disabilities :)

I work full time from home as a writer but unfortunately I can't always due to back pain, fibromyalgia and various other ailments sitting at your desk. I'm disabled, but not disabled to the point where I can't work, so I ordered this to try and make couch work a little more bearable (and to prevent wrist pain/further back pain from occurring when I'm at rest lean forward). computers on legs). I'm not sure why I put it off for so long! It's a very basic, sturdy lap table and provides a nice smooth surface for my laptops without being heavy or bulky. It slides easily under my coffee table to store when not in use and the handle makes it easy to move it from there. It's wide but not bulky and a really good size for my 11" Chromebook and 13" Windows laptop (with extra room on the sides and back). I had no issues with smell or heat. The only caveat is that it feels like solid wood on top and is therefore a LITTLE bit heavy (compared to the plastic microbead table I had before). So if you have wrist pain or trouble lifting things (like I sometimes do), you can leave it somewhere and move it around a bit instead of lifting it off the floor or into a closet. But the durability and the extra space for a notepad, water bottle, wrists and more are worth it.

Pros
  • Light and compact size perfect protection from the heat of a laptop or tablet
Cons
  • Big and bulky
