Bunny ears won't stay on the chair, grease on the wheels seeps everywhere and soils my carpet and rug no matter how I clean and what I do. For 300€ I expected much better. Ridiculous too considering the fabric started to gray after 3 weeks of normal/minimal use. I also emailed them through their official website and they never responded on how to solve the problem. It sucks to know that not only did it cost insane amounts of money, but it ruined everything around it and was super ugly after even minimal use. EDIT: After speaking to support I was able to get a replacement. I'm increasing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars as they tried to fix the problem and were very helpful. When speaking to customer service they said the smearing issue was a defect but the seat cushion was only offered because of a fabric issue. I feel like I can't give them a full star for the fabric alone as that is a very big part of the appeal of this product. I have also attached some pictures of a broken chair after 6 or 7 months of use and a new one right after assembly. These shots were taken one after the other in the same room with the same lighting, so I can assure you these are stains and not shadows on the old chair. I'm definitely glad they treated everything politely despite my negative review.
