I bought two of them. The first toothbrush stopped charging after 6 months. Charged for the night, 30 seconds on and off. 2nd toothbrush did the same after 9 months. The red light on the charging box will stay red for about 2 minutes and then turn off as if charging is complete. However, the toothbrush is still very dead and blinking red. I have another one that uses the same charger and blocks perfectly. Tried researching this type of behavior online and found nothing. It would be nice if there was some sort of battery reset, but I think the internal battery just sucks. Otherwise the toothbrush was great. but I could buy a pack of 3 regular toothbrushes for 4.99 and last over a year. BUMPER
