I've only had it for a little over a week but I can already see the difference. I suffer from plantar lesions in both feet and to be honest I have had chronic pain for many years. No matter what painkillers I take, my legs always hurt. But I can feel them adjusting my plantar bones and for the first time in years I haven't had constant foot pain. I love this product and I have no doubts that it will continue to alleviate my problem. I don't wear them to bed as they are very chunky, but I wear them when I'm relaxing on the couch and at the table. I would recommend this to anyone who actually suffers from plantar disease as the design is clearly tailored to the specific needs of that condition.
