This spatula is suitable for my purpose. I tried natural elm wood putty, but it didn't match the color or texture. I have a birch veneer Ikea table with long scratches. I used oak spatula. If you look closely at the photo, you can see scratches covered with long lines (the table is covered with a vinyl protector). The filler is like glue and has a shine so be careful if you intend to use it on smooth/flat surfaces. The scratches are much less visible now, and since I'm using a table with a vinyl protector, the shine of the filler isn't an issue. It dries quickly, so it needs to be washed quickly. Definitely a great light wood color to refresh inexpensive furniture.
