Luckily this was only my third cap purchase and like Goldilocks the third was spot on. I have a fairly large head with hair below my shoulder blades. I've found that the swollen portion of many shower caps is too large and therefore tends to bang and rip the tape off my head, annoyingly letting water through right where I don't need it. We really don't need a lot of space there if our hair is properly gathered at the back of our heads as indicated. What we REALLY need is the right size tape to keep water out and still not make the hairline look weird while looking pretty cute! This cap is the first to do well. It's not big and soft at the top, the band is soft and doesn't pinch your head or ears, the closed elastic band keeps water out, and it's a pretty pattern that doesn't look dated or flashy. It should fit well on most heads. My head is a bit big so it's a bit tight but I'm forgiving of that because otherwise it's perfect. The price is right and they rush straight to you. You really can't go wrong! I'm very satisfied and am considering getting another one as a backup, I love it so much.
