Do not buy from this brand. That does not work. Useless.

At first it looked like a good buy. But I spent 3 days backing up my iPhone and I thought I finally did it but found I didn't. So I installed the program as recommended, connected the drive to my iPhone and selected a photo. It takes forever. I say 4 hours to load and not even done yet. I had to stop several times because it started from 100% battery up to 35% and the download wouldn't finish. Today after spending 2 days plugging this drive into my phone, draining the battery and not finishing, I thought it had reached 100% backup. I connected the drive to my computer and I can't open any files. Everything is ruined. I don't know if he finished belaying or what, but I know this isn't my first rodeo with these things and trying another brand was a mistake.
