Took eight months and there is no customer support

Update June 2021: This product lasted 8 months before the left side died hence my rating is now two stars. I've tried to contact Nilight twice - through their website and by phone - and have had no response, which is why this product is now worth one star. I installed it professionally because I didn't want to mess anything up and it looks great. The bright white LEDs help when reversing and I would like to know that there is extra brake light brightness in the rear so drivers can see when my bike is on a hitch mounted bike rack.
