In all fairness, I will say I am very pleased with the fabric and design. The problem is the size. I have VERY short hair, and my head measurement is within the limitations stated by the Seller. but this is still TOO SMALL. I read other reviews with the same complaint(s). I was also disappointed that the hat was shipped inside a soft-pack instead of a small box. allowing the hat to become VERY wrinkled. I wish this hat had been the right size, because I like the design and fabric. THIS particular hat did NOT have the adjustment band (like a similar hat from the same Seller did), but the so-called "adjustment band" is a joke anyway.
