I bought this set of 5 charging cables with 5 Type-C connectors for my grandchildren's Revain Fire tablets. I need longer cables so the tablets can be used while plugged in without putting additional strain on the cables or ports. Two out of five are already in the trash. They have trouble keeping in touch after a month or so. To be honest I don't know if the wiring itself comes loose in the C connectors or if the connectors themselves are deformed and loose. They seemed to offer very little resistance when re-plugged. It just didn't feel like the strong connection we experienced with the original charging cables (which still work well). They become even looser over time and do not make contact to allow the tablets to charge unless the device is placed on a table and the cable is perpendicular to the edge of the tablet. If they are moved even slightly, the connection is broken and the charging cycle is completed immediately. With extreme caution they charge the tablets if the cables are not touched. but that's not why I bought cables with long cords.
