Cut as in the picture, the sleeves reach to the elbow, not lower, the length is just above the ankle. It's clean. I plan to use it as outerwear for tops and jeans. it's sexy Its worth it. Wash in cold water and hang to dry. Steam it if it creases, you won't regret this purchase! I really love this topper. I buy more than one.
