They are of poor quality and do not "cut cleanly" when you try to separate them. Also allow a couple of hours to separate them and keep band-aids nearby as some of the 'thickness' can't be removed with wire cutters etc so they will still leave sharp edges. You need to make a product that separates easily and safely! I would send them all back with a damn photo if I didn't promise someone a project with two of them. I can only use about 5 individual stumps from the whole "safe" set and even then I can't count on a quality cut. Terrible, disappointing product! Big waste of money!
