This is a well made shoe. I have issues with sole pads and these shoes have good arch support and a solid outsole. So these shoes are perfect for me. They appear to be narrower than my other shoes. I usually wear a medium 9.5w so I ordered 9.5w (wide) and they fit well. They are also slightly shorter than my other pumps (Timberland and Dunhams). But actually the length is pretty close. Other than that, what I like about these shoes compared to my other pumps is the lighter color and the ventilation holes on the sides of the shoes. This should keep them cooler on those really hot days.
