I bought these from 2T for my 34 inch, 28 lb 2 year old daughter. They were a bit long and gathered at the ankles, but most 2T pants still do that on her. Now she is a bit thin and they fit nicely around her waist. Washed several times, the color has not faded. I still prefer tights from other brands but I would buy them again if I needed a specific color from this brand instead of my normal ones.
