A good product?

An innovative invention was the ideal of glass handles. However, my pens don't work that well. The ink is fine, the pens are fine. I've read other reviews where some of the knobs aren't quite up to scratch. It would be mine and wouldn't have much ink in it. I've practiced and played with them a few times to make sure it's pens and not me. I don't know how to fix it.
