To be honest, I'm not sure if blue light glasses will do any good. I have migraines and thought this might help. I don't know if I saw a difference or not. At the same time they are charming. I love her. I wear them all the time. They look very cute and are very comfortable. I like being able to wear black or silver. That's a lot for two pairs of glasses. I look charming in all my Zoom meetings. If you buy them for the looks, do it. They appear to be very sturdy and well made. If you really need help with blue light I don't know if they will do anything.
