Once I was literally trying to put my suspenders on and one of the clasps broke. I tried to reattach it to the small loop but that didn't work. Honestly, I should have bought the braces separately. The material of the shirt is very thin and the child freezes easily. So don't forget to bring a jacket and blanket. I'm not kidding, even if the temperature in the house is low, my son said he got cold. The bow tie worked well, the closure is very easy to use and there is an adjustable strap to lengthen or loosen the bow tie. It just pisses me off that my son's suit won't have suspenders now.
