Here is what I wrote to Hasco: Hello Andrii Thanks for writing. You might be interested in my experiences with your product. I first bought a suction cup hook holder to try. My daughter moved into an apartment and needed shower accessories in the bathroom. I mounted the hook on a tiled wall in my house. I cleaned the tile with isopropyl alcohol first, then installed the hook per the instructions. When the handle stopped turning by hand, I soaked a paper towel in alcohol and got a better grip by turning a little more. Two days later, I loaded the hook with an 8.5 pound bag of toiletries and waited. After three weeks everything was still secure and I was very impressed. I then took two hooks to my daughter's bathroom. I installed the hooks onto the glazed tile using the same process. They fell off the wall after two hours. I tried again with a different tile, but that didn't work either. So what's the difference? My home tile was a recent crop. The tiles in my daughter's bathroom are much older - probably from 1910-1920. Although both tiles looked smooth and shiny, it was clear that the old tiles had microscopic porosity that slowly allowed air to be sucked in and the vacuum to be broken. The lesson is that all smooth surfaces - smooth and glossy in appearance - can be different, and that difference can only be apparent by examining it. This could explain why some clients report great successes while others fail. I tested both with the same item. Even with a perfect product, the receiver's wall surface may not be as suitable as it seems. You have a great product and I will give it a 5 star rating.
