Beautiful, stylish flip case for Nexus 7 2013

Quick Overview: - The case's exterior is smooth and slips in and out of your pocket easily. - Looks like suede inside, doesn't look like suede and may scratch your tablet - Suede smells like suede, not plastic. If you squeeze the sides, you can slide it out by holding it upside down and shaking it slightly. Detailed test: I have been using a B&N NOOK tablet for two years. I rooted it the same day I got it and got the vanilla Android version a week later. The developer community was able to get the tools so I could install CyanogenMod CM 10.2 (Jellybean 4.3) on it and it works fine most of the time. Four things drove me crazy. First, it sometimes won't turn on properly, requiring a soft reset to turn it on. For this reason I will not sell it to a friend. Second, another bug is that it's either a recent CM update or it's just that the thing is hard to hack, but the touchscreen seems to register the wrong part of the screen about 1/10th of the time. Third, it doesn't support USB OTG, although a removable 32GB microSD card helps store movies and big games. (I never had 16GB of internal user storage available, only 1GB of user storage was available without a card). Although it protects against bumps, it's awkward to put in and take out of your jacket pocket as it's rubbery. (I avoid these cases for my phones as well, and put my tablet in my Ziplok bag to keep in my jacket pocket for a while before giving up use on the go. So a few weeks ago I got myself a Nexus 7 a It's a lot thinner than the Nook, has Bluetooth, GPS and USB OTG support, it all works pretty well, but before I recently bought my Nexus 7 (2nd gen 2013 model) I have one B&N NOOK tablet has stood the test of time (especially after I finally got Cyanogen 10.1 running on it), I wanted a tablet that was a bit thinner, that was easy to hack if I needed extra features, and had the ability to Adding devices with an OTG cable. Nexus Root Toolkit took care of unlocking it to access OTG and it does everything else I need. I was just concerned that the big screen might be broken. I wish te it would be as thin as possible to carry it o in a jacket or back pocket. considering it had a smooth leather finish. It arrived in a plastic bag which was better than most plastic bags but not a box. The packaging appears to be specially made for postage. I tore it open and looked at the suitcase. He is pleasant. It's a very dark brown leather (looks like leather) with fine stitching on three sides. The inside looks like suede, feels like suede and smells a bit like leather. The case is rigid enough to offer protection from reasonable bumps, but flexible enough that the case itself won't damage the tablet. I was a bit concerned that the case is a bit larger than what is needed for a tablet. I want it to be about 1.4 inches narrower so the tablet fits snugly there. In any case, the tablet fits about 1/4 inch more into the case, but it can wobble slightly while in place. When I hold the open end of the body down and push the body to the sides. Where the seams are, the tablet slides out. But to put it in your pocket it's great. It doesn't fit in the back pocket of the pants I'm wearing, but it does fit in the front pocket. (I'm not a sitter) It also fits in my jacket pockets and the smooth leather finish makes it pretty easy to slide in and out. Hold it upside down and press the sides or it'll slip out, but other than that it's a nice, decent protective case.
