Bought four of these batteries for our Panasonic cordless phones in September 2016. By June 2017, one of these batteries failed and had to be replaced. So three out of four work perfectly. . . Is 75% a good track record? There is likely a failure rate for this type of battery, and it might just be a statistic. However, we will try to use another brand to replace the dead battery. In addition to this review, since there are some very positive reviews for this battery, we ordered the same batteries again in February 2018. Both are now out of service. In fact, they only hold a charge for a short time. After taking the cordless phone out of the holder for at least 5 minutes, we find that the performance graph on the phone screen shows a charging error. And unsurprisingly, the device turns off even faster when on a call. I've given this product a few tries and it consistently performs poorly. This product is not recommended.
