This is my 7th pair in 15 years, first Lowdown pair. I see a lot of people saying they don't fit perfectly out of the box and fall off their feet. It takes time. Wear them around the house for a while, let your foot leave a mark on the insole. The first day I put them on like a pair of Z1s and they pushed my foot backwards so I loosened them and they stayed. I went for a 2 mile walk the second day and they stayed but not as comfortable as my 1 year old Chillos. This morning I pulled them up a bit and walked 3 miles. blissful. The insole conforms to the contour of my foot and I didn't even think about it on my feet. Feel like my Chillos and my much older Z1s. To the end of the long adjustment strap? I've always trimmed off excess strap length that I don't need on every pair that has them.
