The ease with which you are able find candidates who fit your criteria is amazing! I have been really impressed so far - it's intuitive but also very powerful once one gets comfortable using all its features (and there ARE MANY!).
It makes finding qualified applicants much easier than other solutions we've tried previously.- You cannot search specific skills/experience- There isn't any way currently within this software platform where someone could see what they need before applying vs having no idea if anyone will even look through hundreds upon thousands applications until something pops up? For us hiring managers / recruitors would love nothing more then knowing right away whether our candidate pool looks good enough from each perspective; experience level & abilities needed etc., rather being forced into reviewing everyone individually when only certain aspects were known about them beforehand.
- Easy to use, well laid out interface that enables easy navigation between modules or sections without difficulty,
- Simple yet effective layout for viewing applicant profiles including resume views as attachments in addition)
- Great support team at hiregate!! Very helpful group always ready willing provide assistance via email quickly whenever required
- Almost everything is ok
