If you like DIY birthday parties. you need it!

This worked great on card stock. I made some cute cupcake toppers and the possibilities are endless! Cuts absolutely sharp. I haven't tried cutting tissue paper, but I think the paper used should be a bit thick for best results. I cut out one sheet of cardboard each time.
