This is an excellent physical (zinc oxide/titanium dioxide) sunscreen on an aqueous/liquid silicone base. Physical blocking means it never stings the eye area or dry skin areas (perfect for winter). Applies evenly with minimal white cast. It's so durable and water resistant I could barely get the residue off my arm with regular soap and water (I had to use either a cleansing oil or cleansing balm to get rid of it) so probably not for babies/kids. That being said, you know this sunscreen will stay in place until you decide to take it off. The silicone base can feel a bit greasy, probably not for women with combination oily skin, but otherwise the lighter silicone will evaporate leaving the sunscreen intact on the skin.
