Fast charging doesn't work for them.

UPDATED: Anker support did a great job on the issues. I managed to find a replacement. The exchange works as described in Note 9 and Note 8. Both devices show fast charging when connected to this charger. Just as a note, I'm using this with the Samsung wall charger that came with the Note 9 and the Anker Quickcharge wall charger. It also charges my iPhone 8 plus faster for those who want to know. I bought 2 of these and tried Note 8 and Note 9 and neither of them show fast charging. Too bad, because I really wanted to have a few of these in the house. To be sure, I tried several different Anker cables and the cable that came with this charger. I've also tried several Quickcharge adapters. Very disappointing
