The product works as intended but if you have a magnet in a case or on your phone it will not work. I have a thin car mount magnet inside the case that doesn't charge when the case is on. So if I want to use it, I have to remove the case, which is quite inconvenient. I'm not sure if it's stated anywhere here that it wouldn't work with magnets, but be careful if you're on this boat, that won't work either.

My iPhone XR went from 56% to 100% in an hour and 33 minutes. As mentioned, it came without a power adapter. I settled on one that put out 2.1 amps at 5 volts. Watts = Current X Voltage. So the output power is 10.5W, which is more than enough to charge my iPhone. It's quiet, takes up little space, and the LED on the front doesn't work as a night light. Anker sells a similar one for $19.99, but I went with the $29.99 version. This wireless stand gets 5 stars from me.

Read the fine print. This is not a charger. This charger"stand". Only one USB to USB-C cable is included. There is NO part that plugs into the wall. You must purchase this part separately. UPDATED: Anker support did a great job on the issues. I managed to find a replacement. The exchange works as described in Note 9 and Note 8. Both devices show fast charging when connected to this charger. Just as a note, I'm using this with the Samsung wall charger that came with the Note 9 and the Anker Quickcharge wall charger. It also charges my iPhone 8 plus faster for those who want to know. I bought 2 of these and tried Note 8 and Note 9 and neither of them show fast charging. Too bad…
