I love that this is an all-inclusive solution for our organization! We can use their services as needed to ensure we are staying current with new technologies. Their support team has been fantastic when it comes to training us on how to utilize everything that they offer. They also have great resources available online if you just need some help getting up to speed. There really isn't anything i dislike about them. The only thing I would say is that maybe there could be more options on pricing plans offered.
