The product is really good, I'm glad I purchased it.

Pros:
The sound is crisp.
Conveniently, the microphone can be turned off by simply lifting it up.
There is a wheel for physical volume control.
Some cons:
The microphone is so-so - sometimes it's hard to hear me, but I took headphones for meetings.
