Review on 🎒 Cocoon MCP3401BK: The Ultimate Backpack Accessory Organizer for Perfect Storage Efficiency by April Nelson

I want to clarify: I really like this backpack. I love the size and the grid-it system (or whatever the front compartment is called) is great. This is the PERFECT backpack if you want to carry your MacBook Pro, iPad, laptop and everything you need (chargers, pens, pencils, cables, small tools). That's the problem. Terrible strap quality. I am a student and just before the start of the fall semester I received my first Cocoon backpack. Two months later, the right strap almost completely detached from the bag. I emailed customer service telling them about my problem and that I really don't have time to ship the backpack and wait 3 weeks for a replacement. They replied quickly and sent a new one. And the new one lasted longer. maybe 3 months? At this point, the same strap began to split towards the center where the Cocoon logo is located. The zippers are also usually worn out by this time. I used mine every day and it always had my MacBook and iPad in it. If that means I've used it too much, then so be it. But I won't be buying any more Cocoon products as they don't stand up to my use. If you need a bag that you can use a few times a week then this might be the bag for you - there's a lot to love - it just isn't designed for months of everyday use.
