I bought this product with high hopes. I work in IT and need well organized equipment. I liked the design and the potential for neatness and organization. What I liked the most was the streamlined bag that was lightweight. However, the bag has completely come apart at the seams, especially the right shoulder strap. Love this backpack! I wish it was a bit bigger so my big laptop could fit all the way in (I have to leave a corner open which reduces waterproofing) but I have a huge old HP laptop that certainly barely fits in, much less waterproof. I LOVE this bag. And I'm really disappointed that it's so poorly done. Cocoon already changed the packages 3 times and they all broke up. The first zipper broke 6-7 months after purchase and use. I want to clarify: I really like this backpack. I love the size and the grid-it system (or whatever the front compartment is called) is great. This is the PERFECT backpack if you want to carry your MacBook Pro, iPad, laptop and everything you need (chargers, pens, pencils, cables, small tools). That's the problem. Terrible strap quality.
