Review on 🎒 Cocoon MCP3401BK: The Ultimate Backpack Accessory Organizer for Perfect Storage Efficiency by Geoff Gunnmann

I LOVE this bag. And I'm really disappointed that it's so poorly done. Cocoon already changed the packages 3 times and they all broke up. The first zipper broke 6-7 months after purchase and use. I contacted Cocoon, sent them pictures of the broken zipper and the threads sticking out around the zipper and they immediately sent me a new one. WONDERFUL I thought. Customer service is great! Unfortunately, within 6 months of using the new bag, I noticed that the threads holding the shoulder strap to the bag below had snapped and the strap was beginning to fray. As you can see in the attached image, it barely stays on and the foam inside is sticking out. The design of this bag is perfect for a casual, simple and minimalist MacBook Pro backpack and accessories. But the quality needs to be greatly improved so that this one can be used for more than 6 months before it has to be thrown away. I feel like Cocoon is aware of this and continues to sell this product with poor quality. I feel cheated and would rather get my money back or better yet make this bag not fall apart. bitter for me
