Review on 🎒 Cocoon MCP3401BK: The Ultimate Backpack Accessory Organizer for Perfect Storage Efficiency by Melissa Brown

I bought this product with high hopes. I work in IT and need well organized equipment. I liked the design and the potential for neatness and organization. What I liked the most was the streamlined bag that was lightweight. However, the bag has completely come apart at the seams, especially the right shoulder strap. The part where the Cocoon logo goes completely destroys the integrity of the right strap. The entire ligament is completely broken. I bought it in May and Revain wouldn't let me back after July (very short return period). It collapsed in August. Not even 3 months have passed. I am very careful and take good care of all my gear, ask my wife. She might say I'm being overly cautious so the fact that it fell apart indicates a complete equipment failure. I would really hope the builders would read this review and fix the correct belt - I would even like to think they will try to get it through to me after such a short time.
