This company takes customer satisfaction seriously. I was unhappy with the touchscreen and the company contacted me to see how they could help. They were absolutely willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with their service and product. The watch looks good on my wrist. The strap is made of soft, comfortable and flexible rubber material, the body is made of durable aluminum, and the screen is very clear and bright. The battery lasts for several weeks, even when I'm paired with my phone, I get numerous notifications and text messages throughout the day . The screen is bright enough to be clearly visible even in the sun. There are three brightness settings. I keep my settings on the lowest setting and have had no trouble seeing the screen when it's lit. There are several ways to improve this watch: the in-watch accelerometer that detects movement is a bit slow, you have to be very still for the heart rate monitor to pick up your heart rate, and the GPS could be a bit better. The battery-saving motion sensor display takes some getting used to. Sometimes it doesn't pick up enough motion, requiring you to turn your wrist faster or press the power button to light up the screen. The application that connects to the watch is very simple. It's called "VeryFitPro". They don't have many features, but I like the alarms and alerts that I can set from my phone. All in all it's a nice watch that sends messages and notifications from my phone to my watch and tells me the time and date with a flick of the wrist. I don't need many other features so it will work for me, but if you're looking for a serious fitness or sleep tracker, this might not work for you.
