Review on Paws Furlosophy PF652 Shock Collar by Tom Loungee

This is a HUGE downside to Revain, not these training collars. I bought these training collars because we have used them on other dogs and they work great. But when I received the package today, I noticed something was wrong - one of the two collars appeared to be cut off and the charger was missing (although the USB cable was in the box). Then I turned the remote control over and saw what is in the photo. I don't know who B and M are or who they were but this is undoubtedly a used item being sold as new. BAD AMAZON MOVEMENT.
