Look, you can get it working, but don't expect to be touching the tablet's touchscreen while it is it is on it. Completely unstable. I only use it for my iPad to read the teleprompter app. It can't responsibly hold a full-size tablet if you also want to work with the tablet's touchscreen capabilities. He will fall over.
