I like that it is very easy to use and has all of my accounts in one place. It also allows me to customize each account so there are no issues when I am trying to create something new or change an existing feature/account. The platform itself could be improved by having some sort of customer service available at times where you may need assistance with anything from basic questions about features to technical support problems. We have been able to streamline our process of sending out monthly statements as well as providing customers access to their information without needing additional software. The best thing about Invoicera is that it is easy to use and has a lot of features. It is very user-friendly and the support team is always there to help you. I do not dislike anything about Invoicera. It is a great tool that I use to manage my invoices and to track my time. It is also a great tool to keep my clients up to date with what I am working on.
