Review on Kitchen 101 5901A000 Assembly Replacement by Profit Gilley

I received this product and found it to be almost identical to the original part, except the material composition felt a little more brittle. When I went to install the part (making sure the motor assembly was secured so it wouldn't wobble, and after a few user reviews I pushed hard) it quickly slipped off the motor shaft and broke. Contacted the seller via Revain to see if this was the problem - did not ask for a replacement but the seller responded within THREE hours and said the replacement had been dispatched - wow just wow these guys are great! This time I again made sure the motor was secured so it wouldn't wobble, then pushed down hard (rather than hard) to set the assembly in place - viola! Perfect fit and works absolutely fantastic! Thank you Supply Edge for amazing customer service and for saving me $$$$ to repair my fan assembly instead of replacing the entire motor assembly!
